Step into this charming setting and discover the delicious traditional flavours of Haute-Savoie. With its blond wood decor, its pastel colours and its bay windows that open onto the pistes in winter and green pastures in summer, the restaurant provides the perfect setting to savour wonderful cuisine and brilliant mountain views. Varied, high quality menus that take dietary requirements into account are available.
Using regional produce, Savoyard flavours and the spirit of the mountains, Eric Gachet’s cuisine is full of authenticity, tradition and imagination. You’ll be able to enjoy such delights as warm goat cheese and blueberry salad, rack of pork cooked in hay, Lake Geneva whitefish with wild garlic cream, duck breast with mountain honey (from the chef’s hives), potato gratin with reblochon, and meadowsweet cream. And of course, there’s all-time Alpine favourites like fondue, brasérade and raclette.
Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm and 6 pm to 11 pm.
